WebLidocaine made pelvic pain worse?? I went to the gyno yesterday per my PTs instructions to ask for something to help with my persistent pelvic pain. She gave me some lidocaine to use after I use my dilators/before sex (the gel could break down the silicone dilators). WebBelladonna and opium suppositories are safe for use after vaginal surgery. Belladonna and opium suppositories did not reveal lower pain or substantially lower narcotic use. Further investigation may be warranted to identify a population that may benefit optimally from belladonna and opium use.
