WebIowa Rural Water Association (IRWA) provides training, education, and technical assistance to a wide variety of water and wastewater utilities, including small communities and rural water systems. IRWA has had a long relationship with the Iowa Source Water Program and continues to provide SWP assistance to numerous communities every year.
