WebTo Fix 144hz, Goto nvidia control panel. Click change resolution under display settings. Click customize, create custom resolution and put your vertical lines 1 tick down. (Example) put 1920x1080 to 1920x1079, click test then apply! If you cannot set a custom resolution go to manage 3d settings and uncheck "DSR". WebScreen tearing happens above your screens refreshrate. You cannot get tearing below your 144, if your monitor is set to 144hz that is. Make sure it is set to 144hz, enable gsync, and lock your fps to 141. That makes Gsync always work and that you will never get tearing.
