It isn't clear what you expect to … WebOct 28, 2024 · In my experience, a connection timeout error is typically due to a windows/networking issue, for example a firewall on (or in front of) the server doesn't allow access on port 5432, or nothing is actually listening on port 5432 (could be that postgres isn't actually running, or it's configured to listen on a different port, etc).
