That said, if the headlight was replaced and no one messed with body control module, it is most likely a defective shutter in replacement headlight. I uploaded schematics at this link when I did a halogen to LP retrofit. You could check the coding, but its not the issue.

There are no other codes in the scan report regarding the headlights or any other lights. I did not change any setting in the car as part of the new headlight fitting, it was a plug and play headlight.
